Accompanying the heartfelt message was a black and white video capturing the intimate moment when he kissed the model on the forehead, followed by a playful upside-down kiss reminiscent of the 2002 Spider-Man movie.

A photo revealed Hailey singing into a microphone with clusters of metallic pink balloons in the background. Another balloon shaped like a champagne bottle with the inscription “Happy Birthday Hailey” graced the front.

Hailey made waves on this special occasion by launching a limited edition of Rhode’s Peptide Lip Tint with a bubblegum flavor, which quickly sold out. Her birthday cake also resembled the popular lip care product.

While Hailey didn’t share any photos from the glamorous birthday bash on her personal Instagram, she did post pictures of herself and singer Peaches releasing lanterns into the sky as they prepared for the chilly weather.

Expressing gratitude for the birthday wishes, Hailey wrote on her Instagram Story, “Thank you for all the birthday wishes. 27 feels cozy 💕💕.” Hailey and 29-year-old Justin tied the knot in September 2018, and the two have been inseparable ever since.

Justin, in a touching tribute, wrote, “Sending the most valuable things, my dear love. 5 years. You’ve captured my heart. I know from the depths of my soul to my very marrow that this journey with you will only exceed our wildest expectations. So keep dreaming, my love. I love you to every fiber of my being. HAPPY 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!!”
