Megan Thee Stallion’s ex-cameraman Emilio Garcia says rapper ‘forced him to watch her have $ex’ in bombshell lawsuit
A FORMER cameraman for rapper Megan Thee Stallion has filed a lawsuit accusing the artist of forcing him to watch her have $ex in a vehicle.
Emilio Garcia said the Grammy Award-winning rapper, 29, created a hostile and unbearable work environment in the bombshell suit.
Garcia began working with the rapper, born Megan Pete, as a personal cameraman in 2018 and quit his job a year later to commit to the gig full-time, according to a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday.
He was being paid around $4,000 per month by Pete’s label Roc Nation, which was founded by Jay-Z.
However, Garcia claims his dream job became a nightmare after he went on a trip with Pete to Ibiza, Spain, in June 2022.
The suit alleged that after a night out, Garcia, Pete, and three others got into an SUV, and the rapper and one of the women began to have $ex next to him.

Garcia said he was trapped in the moving vehicle and was “embarrassed, mortified, and offended throughout the whole ordeal,” according to the lawsuit obtained by The U.S. Sun.
The following day, Pete approached him to ask whether he had seen the tryst, the lawsuit alleged.
Garcia admitted he had, and Pete said, “Don’t ever discuss what you saw,” according to the suit.
The photographer claims from then on Pete began berating him and hurling fat-shaming slurs at him.
He accused Pete of repeatedly calling him a “fat b***h” and telling him to “spit your food out” and “you don’t need to be eating.”
Garcia also accused Pete of lowering his pay after the incident and forcing him to work long hours without any breaks.

The rapper asked him to not work with anyone else, but also decreased his number of bookings, the suit alleged.
Despite this, Garcia stayed open to working with her until June 2023 when Roc Nation told him “his services would no longer be required,” according to the lawsuit.
Nearly one year later, Garcia is seeking more than six figures for unpaid wages, unpaid overtime, and legal fees.
“Megan just needs to pay our client what he’s due, own up to her behavior, and quit this sort of $exual harassment and fat-shaming conduct,” Garcia’s lawyer Ron Zambrano said in a statement.
“Inappropriate is putting it lightly.”
